Elizabeth G. Serrage, M.D. is a Founder of Eyecare Medical Group in Portland where she performed LASIK in Maine for patients from throughout New England. A leading Maine LASIK Surgeon, Dr. Serrage began performing Laser Vision Correction in Maine for the correction of common eye problems such as nearsightedness or myopia, farsightedness or hyperopia and astigmatism in 1995 and continued until her retirement in June 2010. She was a member of the original Eyecare Medical Group Maine eye center surgeons' team instrumental in helping to bring refractive Laser Eye Surgery to Maine. Dr. Serrage received her Medical Degree from the State University of New York (SUNY)-Buffalo School of Medicine and completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at Denver General Hospital in Colorado. Dr. Serrage was the most experienced LASIK surgeon in Maine, where she has performed thousands of PRK and LASIK surgery procedures for Maine residents since 1995.

Dr. Serrage is certified by and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
